Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this short and upfront — for you and for us.

The ₹399 workshop is non-refundable

The workshop is a live, hands-on session held at a deliberately low price, with a limited number of seats. Because your seat is reserved the moment you book, all workshop payments are final — we don’t offer refunds once you’ve paid. Please book only if you’re confident you can attend.

Can’t make your session?

The workshop runs every Sunday. If something comes up, email bhuvan@aiwithbhuvi.com with your order ID before your session and we’ll do our best to move your seat to a later Sunday. Moving your seat is a courtesy, not a refund.

If we reschedule or cancel

If we ever have to cancel or reschedule your session and a later date doesn’t work for you, you’ll be refunded in full. That’s the one case where a refund applies.

Higher-tier programs

Cohorts, certification, and consulting have their own terms, shared with you before you enroll.

How to reach us

bhuvan@aiwithbhuvi.com, from the email you used at checkout, with your order ID. Where a refund applies (see above), it goes to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
