These terms govern your use of aiwithbhuvi.com and any workshops, courses, or services purchased through it (the “Services”), operated by Bhuvan Jaiminy (“AI with Bhuvi”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We offer paid live workshops, self-paced courses, and consulting services. Details, inclusions, schedule, and price for each are shown on its product page at the time of purchase.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card details.

3. Access & delivery

For live sessions, joining details are sent to the email/phone you provide at checkout. Recordings and templates (where included) are shared after the session. Access is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Refunds

Our refund commitment is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, infringe our intellectual property, or share paid materials without permission.

6. Liability

The Services are provided in good faith to help you build capability. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
